**AN UPDATE ON MY OWN EMF INVASION & SOME WAYS TO MITIGATE EXPOSURE: Although I am still feeling symptoms from the 5G installation near our home, we have been able to ease them somewhat. My wonderful husband, Paul Klinkman, has been putting up aluminum based shielding over hot spots (See his report on how he got this done in this TIP TALKS) and I have been supporting my immune system via natural supplements. Still, I am not well enough to be able to do all the work that I would like to be doing. So, this TIP TALKS will be a bit limited.
**IMPORTANT ACTION OF THE MONTH: (From Americans for Responsible Technology) Please do read the action item to correct the terrible mistake made by Congress re: regulation of 5Gs. It is the first item under Actions. NOTE: The message asks us to Call our representatives in Washington – but if you don’t feel able to do that – at least write them – by E-Mail or on their websites! Also note other actions on the same page, including those you can take locally. Remember – the worst part of 5Gs is their unavoidability! Once up, you can’t escape the sickening emissions they put forth! And, as ART and other sources point out: The technology is slow, expensive, unnecessary, unreliable, subject to hacking, and will need to be updated in the very near future to keep pace with the superior service and speed offered by wired broadband.
**HUMOR? I’m including in this issue an article about a really kind of funny action in resistance to 5G installation! (Amusing – but absolutely a true story).
**DEALING WITH OTHER TIP CONCERNS: Despite low time and energy, we still need to be aware of and respond to traditional TIP topics, such as chemicals, pesticides, replacing the nasty with the healthier options. I’m not able to provide as much new info this month as I would like, so I urge you to visit my TIP website and seek out useful information there (use the DuckDuckGo search option on our home page, or just view those topics listed on the top of the page.
NOTE: I have at least been able today to include one new bit of Good News in the midst of so much struggle & trouble – there is still some Good News – from California!

INFO & ACTIONS LITTLE-NOTICED PHRASE IN THE NEW INFRASTRUCTURE BILL HANDS THE WIRELESS INDUSTRY A GIANT HOLIDAY GIFT!
Lobbyists for the wireless industry have quietly inserted language into the new infrastructure bill that requires any new priority broadband project to “ support the deployment of 5G... ” (See Section 60102 (a) (2) I (ii) (II) on page 756.) Legislators, eager to do something to help fix the digital divide, probably didn't notice the language. But as we all know, 5G will not fix the digital divide. (See below). The technology is slow, expensive, unnecessary, unreliable, subject to hacking, and will need to be updated in the very near future to keep pace with the superior service and speed offered by wired broadband.
The intent of the lobbyists who inserted this phrase into the bill is clearly to (1) help their employers “hook” unsuspecting customers on their unregulated service, binding them to a costly wireless future, whether they want it or not, and (2) prevent federal funding for wired broadband projects.
It's outrageous, and there is only one way to fix it: Congress needs to act! Call your representatives in Washington today and ask them to "Fix the 5G Mistake." And why not forward this message to a few friends?

MOST AMUSING 5G REFUSING EXAMPLE
DEWEY BEACH VS. THE 5G POLES; HOW A BEACH TOWN IS DEFENDING ITS TURF
Emily Lytle Delaware News Journal, 10-29-2021 For more than a year, the regulation of 5G poles in Dewey Beach has sparked debates, protests, a lawsuit, and more recently, involvement from state legislators. It may sound like a lot of hoopla over what are essentially utility poles, but as these structures have consistently blocked residents’ beach views, Dewey Beach has risen in defense of the town’s beloved aesthetics and its right to regulate wireless infrastructure.
For this small resort town and its residents, the opposition to the placement of 5G poles on the dunes or beach entrances is about preserving the character of Dewey, according to Town Manager Bill Zolper. “What the town really is, is our ocean, our beach and our bay,” he said. “So, to have them put the poles up on the dunes as they have, I feel as a town manager, it ruins the atmosphere and the environment in Dewey Beach.”
That’s why the latest ordinance, which passed through the Planning and Zoning Commission last week, aims to set a more specific permitting process that would require all wireless companies like Verizon to go through the town before installing 5G poles in Dewey Beach.

(Paul’s report on his methods of putting up aluminum foil based covers of hot spots for Lib)
Liberty had headaches and dizziness for a month, and the timing coincided with the installation of two Verizon 5G Ultra broadcasting stations on top of nearby telephone poles. Here’s what he did.
1. Identify the unit locations, direction and elevation from your home or apartment.
Distance is your friend, so ignore more distant stations. Unfortunately, the world hasn’t caught up with near-microwaves in the 20-30 Gigahertz range so we couldn’t find any fully successful EMF detectors on the market at all. Our closest and therefore worst broadcasting station was almost due south. The second-closest station was almost due east.
2. Identify spots in your house/apartment where your body or a family member’s body spends many hours. This includes beds, TV chairs and desks. Radio waves, microwaves and light rays all travel in arrow-straight lines until reflected. Just as 90% of visible light passes right through thick glass, radio waves pass straight through wooden and plaster walls. It’s easiest to safely reflect away Verizon’s near-microwaves on the insides of the outer walls of your house. Find the exact spots on the outer walls where the near-microwaves are going to come arrow-straight from their broadcast box into parts of someone’s favorite body all night. Block these spots first.
3. Get aluminum foil, many poster boards and tape/glue.
A microwave oven is lined with metal to reflect 95% of microwaves back onto the food (don’t watch the food cook). Aluminum foil works, which is why you should never put aluminum foil in a microwave oven. I taped a single layer of aluminum foil onto the backs of poster boards.
Then I placed/hung the white poster boards against the walls in critical spots. The poster board prevents that rather garish aluminum foil look. If you fold the aluminum foil over, two layers of aluminum foil won’t hurt but it won’t help. Using poster boards on both sides of a layer of aluminum foil, I blocked the lower parts of windows but not the highest parts, to let sunlight in but to protect the beds. Shiny side facing outwards on the inside of the house wall should be a bit better. I have a removable double poster board in a south-facing window for daytime plant light.
I put foil inside the cupboards from shoe level up to about head level.
I have applied 200 square feet of aluminum foil so far and I have spent about $15. I have left lots of cracks between poster boards - it’s better to block 90% of the incoming near-microwaves as quickly as possible than to do a careful job at first. I didn’t block the other two walls of the house, or the roof or the ground, because I don’t want to bounce any electromagnetic radiation or Gaussian fields back and forth inside the house.
Aluminum foil has an unsavory reputation, “tinfoil hat”, but apparently it works in certain situations. I hid all of the foil behind poster boards and in cupboards for good looks. Liberty’s constant headaches and dizziness seem to be mostly gone.
I’ve seen a claim that one out of three people report minor symptoms from 5G broadcasting stations. Also reported, 5G Ultra installation crews take turns installing these boxes because they’re getting sick themselves.

CALIFORNIA BANS PFAS FOREVER CHEMICALS IN PAPER-BASED FOOD PACKAGING

The bill, AB 1200, known as the California Safer Food Packaging and Cookware Act of 2021 and authored by Assembly member Phil Ting (D-San Francisco), will protect consumers and the environment from PFAS and other harmful chemicals by: Banning paper-based food packaging using PFAS chemicals starting January 1, 2023 “Most people don’t realize there are PFAS in everyday items including food packaging. PFAS is a massive global public health issue. It is imperative that we stop adding to the problem, and eliminate PFAS use wherever possible,” said Avinash Kar, director of state health policy for NRDC. “California will do just that by banning the unnecessary use of PFAS in paper-based food packaging.” “PFAS chemicals should not be used in materials that touch our food because they persist in the environment and human body, and have been linked to cancer, hormone disruption, organ damage, and other severe diseases and can interfere with vaccine response,” said Sue Chiang, pollution prevention director for the Center for Environmental Health.
