**MY CHALLENGE RE: DEALING WITH VACCINE CONCERNS: TIP is often in a challenging position regarding health care questions because we are connected with many “Canaries” – folks with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, who react differently to a variety of substances to which we may often be exposed – including via medical treatment. The other part of the problem – I am not a doctor or other medical “expert”. That puts limits on “giving medical advice”. I address this concern in my general statement at the bottom of each TIP TALKS. However, I feel it is important not to merely ignore an issue when it can affect many people’s lives. Vaccine reactions, injuries, deaths exist. And the mainstream press does not talk about those. In fact, there are moves rising into censorship of alternative medicine and other information that does not please corporate power pushers.
So, my answer to this challenge is: Today I have included some information taken directly from the official government vaccine sources – the FDA, CDC and VAERS. In particular, I am not taking an “Anti-VAC” position – just providing details such as official advice on who might be at risk from vaccination, and the important means of reporting bad reactions to the shots to VAERS (for possible compensation). (To be clear, I do include one report from the Children’s Defense Fund organization, which is an organization led by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and is very concerned about vaccines – but this article is actually quoting VAERS/CDC statistics.)
CONTINUING TO “ACCENTUATE THE POSITIVE”: Other items in this issue include a “Good News” item about the pesticide push back efforts, action for better regulation of cellphone radiation – and ways to protect ourselves from that. JUDGE REJECTS BAYER PROPOSAL TO SETTLE FUTURE ROUNDUP CLAIMS

U.S. District Court Judge Vince Chhabria last week rejected a proposal from multinational agrichemical company Bayer (Monsanto) to settle future court claims around the company’s flagship Roundup/glyphosate herbicide. In making his decision, Judge Chhabria asserted that the corporation’s proposal was inadequate for future victims diagnosed with cancer after using the herbicide. The decision has Bayer scrambling for a way out, and it indicated in a “Five Point Plan” released after the ruling that it will, “discuss the future of glyphosate-based products in the U.S. residential market.”

However, the largest potential change announced from company headquarters concerns consumer use Roundup products. After noting that it will not affect “professional or agricultural users,” the company appears to be reconsidering sales to residential landscape users of Roundup, “as the overwhelming majority of claimants in the Roundup™ litigation allege that they used Roundup™ Lawn and Garden products,” the company wrote.
