I am short on photos and short on time, but am certainly interested in promoting less toxic landscapes, so here is my entry for category 2: Examples of how to do it: gardening tips. I have two photos of my garden showing
(1) a somewhat blurry photo of a tomato cutworm covered with parasitic wasp larvae to illustrate Integrated Pest Management and
(2) a view of my
garden showing raised beds with soaker hoses and mulched paths and interplanting planting a variety of types of plants
together to foil the pest insects.
Also:
(3) A butterfly on a coneflower from a Master Gardener project, because I just like that photo.
